The Hills receive International Recognition
We are honoured that the Sustainability Plaza in the Hills at Charlesworth, has won the 2020 Royal Town Planning Institute International Award for Planning Excellence!
The RTPI Awards are prestigious international awards held in London, UK that celebrate outstanding contributions to planning across the globe. These awards are considered some of the most respected and established of its kind for this sector.
In partnership with Edmonton-based Stantec Consulting Ltd, our project in the Hills at Charlesworth achieves an eco-friendly lifestyle based on low-impact development and sustainable building principals.
The Sustainability Plaza is a recreation hub with solar and wind powered hybrid lights, solar powered wi-fi, a solar powered playground, repurposed sea-can containers, and a 200-metre ice ribbon for winter ice skating.
We are proud to be both the developer and a builder within this amazing community.
