Moving into a new home should be a fun and exciting time in your life, but it can also be overwhelming and stressful without the right help.
Cantiro Concierge simplifies your experience and reduces stress by giving you a real person to help handle some of the not-so-fun aspects of moving, allowing you to relax and enjoy every step of your new-home journey.
Every move is different and your Cantiro Concierge can do as much… or as little as you need. They start by finding out where you might need assistance, your preferred ways to communicate and how often you want to receive updates.
From there, they can help with setting up a schedule of events for your move and provide you with updates, checklists and reminders.
They can even help to coordinate transferring utilities, canceling existing services, assisting with internet and TV setup, arranging for the delivery of your packing kit, and providing you with fully-vetted options and estimates for moving companies, cleaners, and other related services.
Once you have purchased your new home, your Cantiro Concierge will send you an email with instructions for downloading the Virtuo app. Shortly after, your personal (and did we mention human!) Cantiro Concierge will contact you and walk you through the next steps.
Depending on which tasks you choose to have your Cantiro Concierge look after, some organizations (i.e. utility companies) require your DOB, Driver’s License, and SIN for requests to be completed.
Cantiro takes the security of your personal information very seriously. Your details are collected and transmitted via HelloSign, which employs two levels of document encryption.
