The Cantiro Down Payment Savings Program complies with Canadian and Alberta laws, including the Alberta New Home Buyer Protection Act and the Condominium Property Act. Individuals must have mortgage preapproval to qualify for the program. Does not apply to completed quick possession homes or homes that are <4 months to completion. Cantiro reserves the right to deny participation. Deposits are held in trust, and homebuyers are advised to seek independent legal counsel before entering into agreements.
