Front / Side Yards & Boulevards Lawn Maintenance

A reminder to our community residents that lawn maintenance of front yards, side yards, and boulevards flanking a property is the responsibility of the homeowner. The City of Edmonton is responsible for the maintenance of trees in boulevards as well as public park space within the community but the remainder of the landscaping, including mulch beds and shrubs, is the responsibility of the homeowner.

Street sweeping is shared between the developer, builder partners, and the City of Edmonton depending on stage of construction.

Although Beaverbrook Communities will take on community sweeping periodically, the highlighted areas on the map indicate where the City of Edmonton is responsible for street sweeping.
