Our Client Care Team is dedicated to going the extra mile to ensure your complete satisfaction throughout your homeownership journey. Our construction staff will be there with you from the very beginning, meeting at key phases of your home’s construction to foster open and effective communication.
We understand the importance of this partnership, which is why we also arrange for additional Client Care staff to meet with you at crucial junctures—before you take possession, at the moment of possession, and even after you’ve settled into your new home. These follow-up meetings occur at the 2-month and 11-month marks after possession, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to your comfort and peace of mind.
