Meet Our Sales Team – Robyn Campbell
Robyn Campbell is an Area Sales Manager with Cantiro Homes in Calgary & Area. With nearly a decade of experience in homebuilding and a background in marketing and advertising for new home builders, she brings both industry knowledge and thoughtful perspective to the home‑buying journey.
Let’s meet Robyn
I started my career in homebuilding about ten years ago, returning to work after the birth of my daughter. Before that, I worked as an Account Coordinator at a marketing and advertising agency that focused primarily on new home builders – so in many ways, I’ve always been connected to this industry.
I transitioned into sales for a few reasons, but the biggest push came from my husband, who insisted I’d be good at it. That might sound surprising, considering I’m a classic introvert, but it turns out sales can be about listening just as much as it is about talking.
When I started feeling ready for something new, the timing couldn’t have been better. I had worked closely with Cantiro’s Online Sales Manager for years (in another life!) and we always had an easy, collaborative rapport. So, for me it was the people from the first moment. Our quick conversation turned into two hours! It felt like one of those moments where everything lined up exactly when it was supposed to.
three fun facts about robyn
- I love quiet evenings, early bedtimes, and spa days where nobody asks me questions.
- I’m passionate about milk in all its forms – from skim to 3.25%.
- I wish I could sing like a Disney princess or Broadway lead. I have the enthusiasm, just not the rhythm – or the voice.
Robyn’s Advice for first-time home buyers
Buying a home is complex and deeply personal. My job isn’t to project my own preferences, but to understand what excites people, what makes them nervous, and what they may not have considered yet.
I often encourage buyers to think about future you because what works today may not be what you need five or ten years down the road. Planning for flexibility, whether that means space for a growing family, room for hobbies, or potential rental income, can make a big difference over time.
No home journey is perfect, but having the right conversations early can help smooth the path.
What makes Cantiro different from other builders?
What stands out most is Cantiro’s openness to ideas, creativity, and doing things differently.
There’s a genuine curiosity here about how things can be improved, rather than relying on the way they’ve always been done. Being newer to Calgary only adds to that excitement we have the opportunity to build something meaningful, establish strong processes, and show buyers why Cantiro has such a trusted reputation in Edmonton.
What’s one Cantiro home feature that really stands out to you?
Three words: Open concept shower
It completely changed how I thought about what’s possible in a home. A bathroom where the tub is actually in the shower – not beside it, but integrated into the space. It’s bold, memorable, and the kind of design choice people talk about long after they’ve left the show home.
Those details perfectly represent Cantiro’s willingness to try something different and do it beautifully.
What do you enjoy most about helping people buy a home?
I love being part of new beginnings.
Homes are never just walls, cabinets, and floorplans. They’re where life happens; where babies come home from the hospital, birthdays are celebrated, and ordinary moments quietly turn into lifelong memories.
Getting to play even a small role in that chapter feels incredibly meaningful. Helping someone find the place where their next story begins never gets old.
Community spotlight: west hawk in Cochrane
Every Starbucks is a little different, like snowflakes. But the one in Cochrane has my heart. On one visit, the barista drew a cat on my cup – iced matcha latte of course, and honestly, that set the tone for the day.
Beyond great coffee, Cochrane has a strong sense of community, especially for dog owners. It’s friendly, welcoming, with that charming small‑town feel, with the mountains as a stunning backdrop. It’s the kind of place where your shoulders drop and your blood pressure follows suit.
One of my favourite features is the environmental reserve right behind the show home. Birds, walking paths, fresh air, it’s the perfect place to decompress after dinner and reconnect with nature.

Community spotlight: Arbour Lake West in Calgary
My favourite amenity in Arbour Lake West is, well, the lake. There’s something incredibly grounding about being able to step out for a walk around the water, to go skating, kayaking, swimming, fishing or sand castle…ing.
Arbour Lake has a robust residents association that creates tons of opportunities to meet your neighbours and pursue similar interests and hobbies.

Which is your favourite Cantiro model and why?
The Metro Duplex 18 is a standout for me. Available in West Hawk, It offers an accessible price point while still delivering really fair square footage and thoughtful design – something that isn’t always easy to balance.
The open‑concept main floor is bright and welcoming, with oversized windows that bring in plenty of natural light and create a strong sense of connection to the community around you. Upstairs, the layout makes excellent use of every square foot, with a comfortable primary bedroom and two secondary bedrooms that offer flexibility as lifestyles change.
What I love most is how versatile this home is. It’s an ideal first home for new buyers, but it also works beautifully as a downsizing option later on. It’s practical, welcoming, and designed to support real life no matter the stage you’re in.
