While our other plans offer options to make gentle adjustments to our base options; Enhance offers a curated selection of upgraded features and finish options along with the greatest flexibility to make structural changes to your floor plan. With a focus on design, craftsmanship, and customer experience, Enhance is ideal for homeowners who want more than the standard experience – without the complexity of a fully custom build.

A Personalized Design Experience

With Enhance, you’ll enjoy a more immersive and guided design process:

  • Work one-on-one with a Cantiro design consultant. You will complete a design survey to uncover your design preferences, and our consultant will help you make selections that align with your vision and with the latest interior design trends.

  • Visit our trusted partners for cabinetry, interior selections, electrical, and lighting. Optional appointments are also available for plumbing, appliances, and security for even more flexibility.

  • The Enhance experience includes additional design time and a more personalized, hands-on approach to collaboration. Whether you’re evaluating what upgrades are worth it in a new home or comparing features, our designers will work with you to bring your dream home to life.

  • Interior Railing Options: Paint grade interior railing. Select from glass panels or metal spindles.
  • MDF Shelving: Installed throughout all closets and the pantry for a clean, built-in look.
  • Upgraded Flooring: Bring your vision to life with flooring and tile selections that compliment your home’s design while reflecting your personal style.
  • 12″x24″ Floor Tile: Installed in the ensuite, main bath, and laundry room.
  • Fully Tiled Ensuite Shower: Includes tiled walls, base, and built-in niche.
  • Upgraded Interior Doors: Choose from Level 2 door styles – which means more styles and selection to choose from.

  • Personalization is the act of making something suitable for the needs of a particular person or group of people; through the process of incremental adjustments to an object, formula, or pattern, that already exists. This is different from a custom object which has been created for the use and needs of a single individual.

  • A Personalization Package is your opportunity to add your own individual flair to our base models. Our packages come in several different tiers and include things like mixing and matching your colours and cabinets across several different styles – right up to moving walls (Define).   • Yes, but you are not limited to the selections included in the price. There are some elevated and stunning options included within the upgrade, but the world is your oyster and you are not limited to these selections within the process.

  • Yes, a Personalized Build takes close to 12 months to complete, and this includes the time that it takes to upgrade your home. Whereas a standard build may take closer to 9 months to complete.

  • You can select your personalization package when you are signing your purchase agreement. Your trade visits will be scheduled by your interior design consultant at a later date.

  • Personalization is an excellent way to celebrate your pride and ownership of your home. It may also improve its resale value – depending on the quality and continued popularity of your upgrades.
