The Hills at Charlesworth in Southeast Edmonton, stands as a testament to our dedication to excellence. Known for its sustainable development, this community harmonizes vast greenspaces, a 15-acre pond, and 30 acres of natural areas, setting a new standard for environmental responsibility.

The Hills at Charlesworth, is a finalist in both the local Edmonton and National region awards for CHBA for 2024. This is awarded in recognition for the communities innovative concepts of land use including variety of home types, amenities, landscaping, environmental initiatives, success and growth.
The Hills at Charlesworth has been honoured with the Best Community award for two consecutive years at CHBA-Edmonton Region Awards of Excellence, in 2022 and 2023.
