Cantiro is proud to partner with Building Futures and the Parkland School Division in Spruce Grove, AB to bring a hands-on, immersive learning experience to high school students. This exciting initiative gives Grade 10 students the opportunity to step out of the traditional classroom and into a real-world construction site, where they will help build a home from the ground up and earn credits toward their diploma while developing valuable career and life skills.
At Cantiro, we believe the best way to prepare students for the future is to immerse them in it. The Building Futures program transforms traditional education by combining classroom learning with hands-on experience in home construction—right at Cantiro’s build site in Greenbury, Spruce Grove.
Building Futures is an innovative, one-year program that combines academic learning with hands-on construction experience. Students take their core courses in an on-site learning space at the build location in Greenbury, Spruce Grove, while actively participating in all aspects of homebuilding.
