Meet the Client Care Team: Chelsea Wade

By Cantiro Homes

At Cantiro, the Client Care team is more than a department, it’s an opportunity to express our values. And for Chelsea Wade, that promise is personal. As a Client Care Liaison, Chelsea brings empathy, experience, and a deep understanding of what it means to build a home and a relationship with every client.

From Sales to Support: A Full-Circle Journey

Chelsea’s journey with Cantiro began in sales, where she spent several years helping clients find their perfect home. After returning from maternity leave, she transitioned into the Client Care team in October 2024, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and a passion for people.

“I loved the client interactions and being on site,” she says. “Now I get to follow homeowners through the entire journey—from firming up their purchase to construction, possession, and warranty. It’s really rewarding to be part of such a huge milestone in someone’s life.”

3 Fun Facts About Chelsea

  • She used to be a competitive swimmer.
  • She’s part metal—after breaking both her ankle and wrist, she needed surgery on both.
  • She’s a proud bookworm and reads nearly a book a week. (Ask her for historical fiction recommendations!)

A Personal Touch That Lasts

One of Chelsea’s most memorable experiences came from a chance meeting in a show home. A family walked in, and through casual conversation, she discovered they lived in the same area as her. That connection blossomed into a friendship—her children now attend the same school as theirs, and she continues to support them as they build their home.

“I’ve been with them from the very beginning,” she says. “Now I see them at school drop-off, and we chat about everything from family life to construction updates. It’s a really special relationship.”

Why Client Care Matters

Chelsea’s own homebuying experience wasn’t ideal and that’s exactly why she’s so passionate about creating a better one for others.

“When I bought my home, there was no communication. No welcome basket. No walkthrough. I literally got a call while I was in the shower saying, ‘We’re at your house with the keys.’ That was it.”

That experience shaped her approach to client care. “I want our homeowners to feel excited, supported, and celebrated. This is a huge moment in their lives, and they deserve to feel that.”

What Makes the Client Care Team Special

For Chelsea, it’s all about collaboration. “We each have our own superpowers, and we lean on each other every day. I’m always thinking 30 steps ahead, and it’s so helpful to have a team that supports that kind of thinking.”

She also credits her leader, Evan, for fostering a culture of support and trust. “He’s a great leader. We’re encouraged to do the right thing even when it’s hard. That’s what sets Cantiro apart.”
