    Excavation is in progress, marking the very early stage of construction. This work prepares the site for foundation installation. Once excavation is complete, footing and foundation construction will follow.

    Back framing and window installation are underway, bringing the building closer to full enclosure. Completing this work helps protect the interior from weather and allows mechanical and electrical rough-ins to proceed. This marks a key transition toward interior construction.

    Building 12 has begun framing, marking the start of vertical construction. This follows the completion of foundation walls and backfilling. The project is now progressing into the structural phase.

    Building 1 has reached an exciting milestone with the successful soft opening of our show homes, and we’re now preparing for the grand opening on September 13th . Final inspections are underway, and we are on track to begin occupancies and possessions starting in September and continuing into early October. This marks a major step forward for the project as we get ready to welcome our first homeowners.

    Construction on Building 2 is progressing as planned. The framing stage is in progress and is scheduled for completion by the end of September, to be followed by roofing.

    Building 8 has completed installation of drywall and is currently in the finishing stage, with paint touch-ups in progress and millwork installation being completed.

    This brings the building closer to completion and readiness for final inspections.

    Basement units have completed IPDs and are scheduled for HVAC and gas installations, marking key steps toward overall project completion.

    Interior drywall installation is set to commence, moving the building into its next phase of construction.

    Building 11 has completed framing up to the roof level, with inspections to follow. Window installation is also finished, and interior walls and stairs are currently in progress. The building is now ready to advance to the next stage, beginning with electrical, mechanical, and plumbing rough-ins.

    Building 12 has completed foundation walls and backfilling and is now prepared for the next phase of construction with the slab-on-grade installation.
