The Home Owners Association (HOA) exists to uphold the prestigious vision of The Club & Residences of River’s Gate.
All River’s Gate home owners are required to be a part of the association and will contribute to its annual fees.
The not-for-profit association works closely with the community to ensure that amenities, landscaping, and design enhancements are properly maintained and adhere to the highest standards of care.
Resident Directors Wanted
Cantiro is transitioning the management of the HOA to a resident board at the upcoming AGM. Any residents that are interested in learning more about becoming a resident director, are asked to email triona@cosgravemanagement.ca. The AGM will be held on Wednesday November 27th at The Sturgeon Valley Golf & Country Club, 25114 Sturgeon Road, Sturgeon County at 6:00 PM.
Effective October 1, 2024, the River’s Gate HOA has hired a new management company, Cosgrave Management. Please see the attached Cosgrave Management Introduction Letter for more details.

Snow Removal
Snow removal is handled by Sturgeon County once the community’s roads are approved as part of their infrastructure (2 years from construction). Until that time, it is maintained by the developer at the same “level of maintenance” as the County would provide.
