The Home Owners Association (HOA) exists to uphold the prestigious vision of The Club & Residences of River’s Gate.
All River’s Gate home owners are required to be a part of the association and will contribute to its annual fees.
The not-for-profit association works closely with the community to ensure that amenities, landscaping, and design enhancements are properly maintained and adhere to the highest standards of care.
As a home owner in the community and member of the association, you will be expected to pay annual fees set by the River’s Gate Home Owners Association prior to April 15th of each year.

Snow removal is handled by Sturgeon County once the community’s roads are approved as part of their infrastructure (2 years from construction). Until that time, it is maintained by the developer at the same “level of maintenance” as the County would provide.
