Today, we’re excited to introduce Emerald Clymer, our Area Sales Manager for Cantiro Townhomes in Rosenthal, West Edmonton; as well as Greenbury and Greenbury Park, Spruce Grove.
WHAT ARE 3 FUN FACTS ABOUT YOU?
- I once was an Adoption Coordinator for a Dog Rescue for over 3 years and fostered over 10 dogs during that time.
- I rescued a yellow lab named Matrix — Matrix was one of my foster dogs, he came to Alberta from Fortworth, Texas (where he was scheduled to be euthanized). He was born in the shelter and I was his first home. Someone filled out an application for him but I couldn’t let him go so I ended up adopting him. I’ve been his owner for 4 years now.
- I have the memory of an elephant— I remember everything! Any questions or “must-have” features my clients request, I will always remember what was discussed from my client appointments.
WHICH IS YOUR FAVOURITE CANTIRO MODEL AND WHY?
I’ve always loved our Metro Tailored 18 townhome—featuring a spacious kitchen and large outdoor patio. The Metro Tailored 18 also gives you the option for a main floor flex space, which many of my clients use as a home office, gym or additional storage space. Our townhomes give a single-family feel but without the maintenance!

WHat are some of your favourite community amenities?
There’s no doubt about it, west is best. Rosenthal, in West Edmonton, has great access to parks and schools – not to mention West Edmonton Mall and River Cree Casino. All of your retail and entertainment needs are just a short drive away from home.
Now let’s talk about Spruce Grove,
Jubilee Park is my absolute favorite spot in Spruce Grove. Spanning over 60 acres, the park features beautiful walking trails, lush green spaces, and numerous picnic tables. It’s a hub for fun activities, including frisbee golf, playground, splash park, and basketball courts.
In the winter, the park transforms with toboggan hills and a skating loop, providing year-round enjoyment. Throughout the year, Jubilee Park also hosts various community events, concerts, and festivals, making it a vibrant center for our community.
