Katrina is responsible for all aspects of our land development projects, including land-use planning, municipal approvals/entitlements, budgeting and financial reporting, construction oversight, and land sales.
Katrina possesses over 15 years of experience within Edmonton’s real estate industry working with a multitude of homebuilders, municipal officials, consultants, and contractors. This experience combined with a thorough understanding of zoning bylaws, and municipal approval processes across multiple municipalities, provide her with a unique perspective and breadth of understanding on industry issues.
