  • November 15

    • Site Paving: The paving on site has been completed.

    November 20

    • Foundations: Digging has begun for the foundations on building 1, 8, 9, and 10.
    • Excavation: Buildings 1, 9, and 10 fully excavated with building 8 half way complete

    November 25

    • Form Work: Form work for footings installed and inspections passed for buildings 1 and 10.

    November 28

    • Development Permit: We are excited to announce our development permit was released on November 28.
    • Project Touchpoint: Sales Manager (Leah Turner) will be reaching out to book a meeting with purchasers to share electrical layouts and answer any questions.

  • October 2024

    • Development Permit: We are pleased to announce that the Development Permit was approved with conditions on October 8, 2024. If you would like more information about this process, please visit here.
    • Site Servicing: The site servicing is now complete, marking a significant step forward in our development process.
    • Excavation: Excavation work is set to commence in November, bringing us closer to the construction of your new townhome.
