Cantiro Townhomes FAQ’s
Your monthly condo fees are calculated based on the square footage of your home and appropriated to the proposed budget for building expenditures requiring maintenance, repairs and operating expenses for common areas.
• Common Property Maintenance including landscaping, ice and snow removal
• Repairs, maintenance or replacement of the amenities
• Maintenance of exterior, roofs and other structural parts of the building
• Repair and replacement of party walls (unless caused by owner or guest negligence)
• Maintenance of the units (portions of which the corporation is
responsible for)
• Lighting fixtures of the common property
• Furnishing equipment for common property
• Building insurance
• Reserve fund contributions and the preparation of annual reserve fund study
• Garbage collection (Moloks)
• Property Management fees and any charges for consultation, legal, accounting fees and disbursements
Enjoy maintenance-free landscaping for all areas of the common property. This includes snow removal services for the common areas, walkways, interior roadways and the visitor parking area.
We want your guests to feel welcome, which is why Cantiro offers 12 visitor parking spots on site. There is also additional street parking available if/when these spots are occupied.
All residents are permitted to use a barbeque on your front deck. A BBQ gas connection is provided for each home. No propane tanks or combustibles are permitted to be stored on site as per bylaws. So you can soak in the sunshine and enjoy summer’s finest moments on your front deck.
Cantiro welcomes your pet, as long as they are no larger than 70 lbs and smaller than 26” at the shoulder. Owners are responsible for their pets. However, the Condo Board reserves the right to take necessary measures to ensure that residents’ safety is the utmost priority.
Yes! All residents will be permitted to rent their unit as a whole or by room. However, there are restrictions on temporary rentals, such as Airbnb or VRBO.
Every home will have a deck at the entrance to their unit, including a gas connection for a BBQ. The landscaped surrounding area will be maintained by the condo corporation.
There is 1 stall per home, located in the surface parking stalls area. Parking stalls are separately titled.
Yes, homes with an attached garage will have a hose bib located inside the garage and there will be 2 hoses bibs on the end of each building (1 at the meter room and the other on the other end for maintenance).
Building construction will be complete in winter 2027. All other remaining surface and landscaping work will be complete by spring 2027.
