Now, you can visit and explore some of our newest homes at a time that’s convenient for you— it’s homebuying on your time, on your terms.

We regularly add new homes – so be sure to check back for updates! You can also view our homes from the comfort of your home through our Virtual Home Tours.

Frequently Asked Questions Tour Booking Instructions

How it works

Tour reservations are set for 30-minutes, if you need more time, simply reserve two back-to-back tours. Also, you can book multiple homes within a community with one reservation and one single access code.

1. Find the home you want to tour on our website and select “Schedule a Self-Tour.”

2. Register and schedule your tour — for whenever it’s convenient for you!

3. Receive a text & email with a one-time code to unlock the front door.

4. Arrive at the home during your scheduled time. Enjoy your tour!

Self-Tours in Alces & Riverstead

During the following hours, please visit the Discovery Centre first to register and receive a unique access code to tour all of Cantiro’s available homes within Alces (SE Edmonton) and Riverstead (SW Edmonton):

  • Monday to Thursday – 3-8pm
  • Saturday, Sundays and Holidays – 12-5pm
