Are you a Cantiro Homes customer that would like to do something special for a friend, family or associate? If they happen to be looking for a new home, please remember to recommend Cantiro Homes and we’ll happily provide you with a cash reward, while taking great care of our new customer!

Cantiro Homes’ referral rewards include:

  • A $1,000 cash reward if you refer someone that purchases a townhome, duplex or lane home.
  • A $1,500 cash reward if you refer someone that purchases a front attached garage single family or estate home.
  • The value of the referral reward will be matched in upgrades to the new purchasers home.

Please note the following referral reward conditions:

  • The referral reward is subject to the validation and approval of Cantiro Homes Management.
  • The referral reward will be paid within 30 days after the referred customer takes possession of their home.
