  • ONE at Windermere

    Located in the desirable area of southwest Edmonton and surrounded by beautiful estate homes and the North Saskatchewan River, ONE at Windermere sits on a 112-acre parcel of land north of Windermere Boulevard and West of Windermere Road.

    This progressive community is made up of over 500 single-family, duplex and estate lots and for the first time in Edmonton, introduced a modern and contemporary approach to architecture for a subdivision as a whole.

    ONE at Windermere also boasts a variety of thoughtful outdoor amenities including two storm water management facilities, a playground and an integrated walkway system that connect seamlessly with its striking natural surroundings.

    Upper Windermere

    Located within southwest Edmonton, Upper Windermere is one of the most prestigious neighbourhoods within the city, offering an exclusive lifestyle to residents.

    This 180-acre community south of Windermere Boulevard and west of Terwillegar Drive, boasts Edmonton’s first private leisure centre—complete with a heated outdoor pool, a children’s playground, a skating rink, tennis and basketball courts. Homeowners within Upper Windermere have private access to this beautifully landscaped facility, which was fully funded by Beaverbrook (now Cantiro) as part of the neighbourhood development.

    Residents have access to the North Saskatchewan River through a series of trails from Upper Windermere’s park system, which includes a public park and two storm water management facilities linked by walkways, making it easy for residents to embrace an outdoor lifestyle.

    Windermere Ridge

    Perched atop a spectacular plateau overlooking the river valley, Windermere Ridge is estate living at its finest. Comprising of 40 half-acre lots backing directly onto the North Saskatchewan River, this subdivision is one of Edmonton’s most high-end, exclusive addresses along Windermere Drive.

    Each home offers breathtaking views of the North Saskatchewan River, a 56-acre natural tree reserve, and lots designed with privacy kept top of mind define this Edmonton neighbourhood as an outstanding location.

    Windermere Ridge provides homeowners with an enviable recreational lifestyle: tee off at one of two golf and country clubs in the immediate area, or enjoy the quiet solitude of the endless kilometres of river valley trail right outside the back door.

    This was the first serviced development in the Windermere Area, and included 80 acres in total (56 acres dedicated to the City of Edmonton as Environmental Reserve).

    Hudson Park

    The Hudson Park community also features ample park space, walking trails and a naturalized storm pond.

    Hudson community was developed in the 90’s and early 00’s before Beaverbrook (now Cantiro) purchased Hudson Park in 2012 and successfully developed 590 acres and 4 neighbourhoods in this area from 2013-2017, including the original community known as Hudson.

    Hampton Pointe

    From walking paths and expansive parks to dry ponds and graceful trees, Hampton Pointe—a community located in west Edmonton, is a place where you can bask in the joys of nature as you stroll through the neighbourhood.
