As of June 1, 2024, Cantiro Homes acquired Morrison Homes Edmonton and will be operating under the Cantiro name moving forward. This transition presents a wonderful opportunity to further enhance our product and service offerings, ensuring an even more fulfilling home ownership experience for you.

We are pleased to share that a majority of Morrison’s Edmonton staff have been retained by Cantiro Homes across a wide range of departments to help ensure our commitment to the highest standards remains unchanged.

  • Please fill out the form below or visit us at any of our Cantiro Homes show home locations.

    We have a number of Morrison model quick possession still available as well as comparable Cantiro options to choose from.

  • First and foremost, we want to assure you that your home is in excellent hands.

    Specifically, we confirm all terms of your contract on your new home will be honoured, including but not limited to:

      • Deposits paid to date to Morrison Homes shall be transferred to Cantiro Homes and credited to you at closing.

      • House plan and specifications as per the contract.

      • Full warranty coverage under the Alberta New Home Warranty program.

      • Design studio appointments will continue to take place at the Morrison Homes Edmonton office until all design selections on your home are completed.

      • All design studio selections will be sourced by Cantiro Homes subject to any unforeseen product discontinuations by the manufacturer. You will be contacted by the Cantiro Client Care team in the unlikely event that a specific selection has been discontinued.

    We are pleased to share that a majority of the Morrison staff working on your home have been retained by Cantiro Homes including Chelsea Seabrook, your Design Studio Consultant. Their commitment to ensuring your home is completed to the highest standards remains unchanged.

    In addition, we would like to introduce you to Jason LeDrew, Cantiro’s Construction Manager and Evan Luke, Cantiro’s Client Care Manager. Jason will be overseeing the completion of your home and ensuring it meets the plans and specifications you agreed upon while Evan will be available to assist you with any inquiries you may have about your warranty or your home ownership experience with Cantiro Homes.
