In our ongoing blog series, we’ll introduce you to the members of our award-winning sales team at Cantiro Homes. Today, we’re excited to introduce Arthur Hampson, our Area Sales Manager in Ardrossan.

Let’s meet Arthur

I started in home sales specifically in 2019. I used to do overland surveys for pipelines: during my time there, I walked a distance equivalent to that between Edmonton and Burnaby – talk about getting your steps in.

I started with Cantiro because I knew that I would be proud to sell their homes. I had been hearing from clients that their builds and their warranties were just awesome; so even though I had other opportunities with other builders, I waited for Cantiro.

What are three fun facts about you?

I was born in Glasgow, Scotland; I came here when I was ten years old.

I’m a singer in a band, I’ve been singing since I was a kid.

I am an avid football fan (soccer), my favourite team is Glasgow Celtic. I used to go to see them play at Celtic Park with my uncles.

WHAT excites you most about the home-buying journey?

The excitement as people start to tell you what they want from and dream about their homes is pretty great but nothing beats that moment when you get to hand over the keys. I love working in a place where I can look down the street and see the homes and families that I brought together.

It is so special to have the kind of relationship where they want to have you over for a beer and show you what they’ve done with the place.

WHat is it that makes cantiro special?

Cantiro has a particular aesthetic that is immediately distinguishable from the neighbors. We don’t have the same look and feel as other builders. Our product is instantly recognizable in a way that is sleek, stylish, and modern.

WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE COMMUNITY AMENITY IN Ardrossan?

If I had to pick one standout feature of the community, it’d definitely be the incredible recreation facility. It’s at the heart of everything here and has so much to offer.

I mean, it’s not just your typical community center.

There’s a fitness center, indoor rinks for both curling and hockey and even an indoor track for walking or running. They’ve got team training rooms too, which is great for anyone into sports. Plus, there’s a “Love to Play Room” for the younger kids and a youth lounge for older ones. It’s honestly got something for everyone!

The Vista 24. It’s so beautiful.

It is so clear to me the exact way that a family would live in this space. The upstairs is cozy and intimate – a perfect space for reading a book with the kids.

The downstairs is palatial, and spacious – perfect for parents to do their entertaining.
